Rules say that refillment can be done immediately after 48 hours and it should be delivered to you within 24 hours. Any delays in this regard are legally questionable
Also, attached the information given in the above link which clearly states "There is no restriction refill booking"

The road is often used as a construction material dump yard by the adjoining builders. Many a times trucks with materials are parked with unloading happening. Very dangerous for school children and pedstrians. Drastic action required by GHMC officials and local police to get the road cleared and impose fines for those violating same.
