Muralidhar I've followed it up with the Commnr yesterday, today the GHMC Officials came and removed the fence. The moral of the story is 'Whether the issue is big or small, Team effort always works'.

Muralidhar Group Action details:
+ Residents contributed different points and we came up a formal complaint
+ Got signatures from the people residing in different apartments in the locality
+ Mentioned in the complaint that this is being publicly tracked and gave link for the same
+ Few residents went to the municipality and submitted the complaint as a group
+ Follow up done with the commissioner

Gopi update from some of the residents who submitted a compliant:
a formal complaint was submitted on Jan 13th to Commissioner, GHMC who promised us to visit and address the problem by 18th of this month immediately after the Pongal holidays. We have also explained him about the problem with the streetside vendors.

Santosh Before we embark on asking somebody to help us out, I think it is important that the users of this road be more disciplined. Unless we move away from the 'Me First' culture and honor other people even the flyover would not be a good solution. What is more important is effective enforcement of traffic rules on this piece of road.

Aditya @KPHB Resident, lets find out where it is held up. If it is some dept in the railways, lets talk all address them directly. If it is someone in the central government, lets all call him on the phone.

Lets find out where exactly it is held up and address exactly that.

KPHB Resident @ Aditya, Yes we all know Dr JP is doing his bit. I know he was there at the venue looking at the things but at end of the day there is an issue which is effecting thousands , why not do something about it? I know its not in his hands but things can't go this way for ever.Believe me its not about Blame game if JP cant do anything about it who else can?

Aditya calamity makes one cynical or surgical. Who' and What is causing the delay? let talk to them directly! Dr. JP has been doing a lot to get this done. I don't think he is to be blamed. I would rather like him to point at the problem so our voice can strike a chord of sympathy or emphathy!

KPHB Resident Typical Traffic Jam is much more than 30 minutes these days.
It has become a pain to come in that road, if this is the way it is managed then i think KPHB will not be the same place ( If its not already worst place to live in)

Rambabu There is no point in posting the problem here. It simply goes unnoticed, as is the issue by our *beloved* MLA Dr. JP. No actions will be taken but for some words on completion. New *DEAD*lines will be announced if more people raise this. March > September > March. Whats the next nearest month? oh!! yeah.. The news(until Sep) is that this "flyover will be completed before September 2011"

Bharath I hope traffic police can come up with some better solutions...I believe govt is trying hard to complete the construction of RoB, but it would be a huge relief if that can be done soon. I just have a simple idea of dividing the road, one for bikes and one for cars and buses..
That might ease out the traffic a bit i guess ..

HYDERABAD: The state government has sanctioned Rs.

47.79 crore for the construction of the Road Over Bridge (ROB) at Hi-Tech City railway station as against the earlier sanctioned Rs. 24 crore.

The RoB connects Kukatpally and Hi-tech City and used by large number of commuters.
