Dear Neeraja garu,
regarding Nizampet. It does not come under the purview of Kukatpally,
Though we would very much like to help, Due to constraints in terms of volunteers, we are limited to Kukatpally area in our effectiveness.May we suggest you to contact your local representative for this.
In spite of sever water scarcity in Kukatpally and Hyderabad as a whole, We are trying to provide some temporary relief to people in kukatpally where we can leverage some funds by providing power bore and communal tanks etc But towards a more permanent solution, Lok Satta MLA, Dr. JP is trying for Krishna phase 3 and at a smaller level, we are helping residents to take up rain water harvesting at home to help improve water levels. Please call Lok Satta office Kukatpally if you want to make use of this 040-40150139.

Venkataramana garu,
HMDA and GHMC take the responsibility of fencing and maintaining lakes.
With Dr. JPs initiative, a GHMC lake protection committee chaired by an IAS officer has been formed
These are the contact details of those officers :
Request you to contact
collector on 9848735555
or the MRO 9849904230
Just a note on this area lake As this comes under serlingampally, your local representative may be able to put more pressure. Though we would like to actively follow up on this. Our limited number of volunteers being busy with KKP work may not be able to deliver effectively.
Request you to take the initiative and call the representatives MRO and collector and ask them to take action.
Thank you

Hello Ramesh garu
This is to put on record that Nizampet village does not belong to kukatpally constituency, Though we would very much like to help, our efforts to actively follow up on this issue are very limited due to lack of volunteers in that area. however we would suggest you get in touch with the division incharge of that locality to get this issue resolved. This is the phone number of the division incharge. 9642912323
Thank you

What happened to the previous budget sanctioned to the developer?
When the previous developer has not completed the bridge where did all the sanctioned funds disappear?
Did you know that this bridge has costed an additional Rs.50 Crores now (at according to official estimates)?
Did you know this is all tax payers money who struggled commuting through this route for the last 5-7 years without a bridge?
I am abroad - Can at least some one in Hyderabad probe this matter through RTI pls?

If there is one problem we can highlight in Kukatpally, it is the vexed issue of the HITEC City flyover. A third of the complaints we receive are about this issue. A few people ask us to travel during the rush hour to know what the pain is. Some of us do and are well aware of it. Instead of giving abstract speeches about the 'system', this is an attempt to list out the origin and progress of this issue so that the citizens can see for themselves what we have done and what we have not done.
1. The flyover was sanctioned in 2007. As is usual with government projects, the route was checked only superficially and it was not completely analyzed. The construction commenced.
2. When the construction approached the railway lines, the railway department got involved and objected. Since the flyover would go over their proposed electric lines, they put a hurdle that the construction cannot proceed. Now we have a deadlock.
3. This is when JP got elected (2009). JP and team realized that political pressure will not work because the railway department will simply show the rules that the existing design violates the railway rules.
4. We now started pushing the HMDA department to come-up with an alternate design but they said they did not have the budget. We found sources within the department that helped us raise this amount. In an instance which all volunteers remember, we had to move between 4 offices on a single day like a chase scene in a movie to get signatures from four principal secretaries. Now we have the work order for a new design.
5. HDMA agreed to start working on the alternate design. It took a few months to see this through and in an example of what we were doing in the interim, JP had to make nearly 40 phone calls to get the design passed.
6. We have a new design and the next step is for all the departments to agree to it. But the rivalry is so high that it took months and months of effort and meetings to make them sit and agree to all aspects. This finally happened in 2012.
7. 2012: Things are set as of now and all indications are that the flyover will be complete this year. JP also met the CM twice to ensure that there are no more delays.

As per the new proposal,... two addl pillars(piers) will be laid on both sides of the track which will suddenly increase the height of the fly over.
After these two pillars are laid, a pier would be laid between the two tracks to join both the sides.
As of now, the process of laying two pierson both sides of the track is in progress... So, if work starts now, without any delay.... in another 3 mnths it must be ready. Interesting part is, everyday atleast one labourer will work on something :-) and it is never kept idle.
Thanks to JP, atleast the CC road that passes underneath the railway station is widened.
