The issue is Active ( Mark as fixed )

The person who get the Gas at home demands excess of Rs25/- for delivery . Same day I called up the Agaency and asked the explanation , they quotly told that "If you need to pay you can pay" . There was no action taken in this respect. I am not sure where to raise a complaint.

Earlier they used to get Cylinder in 2 days time now I have to repetedly call them for Gas. Strange coinsidence.
