I stay in santhi nagar, Kukatpally.

Dialy i go to main road through Bagh ameer road and i have been observing this issue from past one year. Don't know how to report and whom to report. Everybody using the small Govt school wall as their garbage location. There are notices written by someone with chalk saying that who ever places garbage here is a donkey but those notices are not stopping the people reside there to through their garbage over the school wall.

Is is mainly because of the people satying near by and also because of Muncipality people irregularity in collecting garbage dialy from that location.
