Sir, 

Today at around 10-30 a.m. I went to MRO (Tahasil office), Balanagar Mandal, R.R.Dist. There some people hanging some goats on a tree behind the said office and cutting for meat. I tried to send the message to police officials through SMS system no:9010100100. But it could not pass on. Hence Iam reporting now through this platform. If the things are going on in govt. office premises. What else in other parts of the city ?
