Respected sir,
I visited an office of your organisation at HMDA vihar building, Near Ameerpet, Hyderabad. I observed there the photo receiver clerk asking signatures at new connection register without writing anything in that register. I surprised that without filling up the information in the concerned columns in the register, how the public servants are asking applicants to put the sign in the specified column. My friend refused to sign without seeing the information. Then the clerks told her to wait an hour till the file comes. My friend okayed. What about other applicants? The applicants also blindly signing as instructed by the clerks. They are not following procedure to record the applicants information and obtaining signatures in the new connection register.
