Gopi Spoke again to Mr Ramesh Gupta (EE) and Mr Krishna (AE, # 9177701929)
Mr Krishna told that they will fix it in a week.

Gopi Just spoke to Mr Ramesh Gupta again. Looks like he was told that the work was done. He assured over phone that they will fill the road cut with cement.
Mr Ramesh Gupta is the EE for the whole of Seringampally which makes it difficult for him to look at the entire area. He was saying that he will be glad if we can represent the issues of the community together to him.

Gopi Just now I got a call from Mr Nageshwara Rao, Dy EE (ph# 9849906779) who said that the dug up road will be fixed in 2 days by filling it with concrete.

Also, sent a mail to ee_spally2@ghmc.gov.in informing them of the issue

Gopi Just called up the call center and got this information.
This is supposed to be looked at by one Mr Ramesh Gupta who is the EE (Executive Engineer) for this area.

Gopi I reported this issue at 040-23226982. The person who answered the phone took all my details (seems they will call up to find out the issue)
Complaint number is 4581
When I reminder her that the SLA given by GHMC for the fixing of potholes is 3 days, she told me that I will get a call from them in 3 days and the issue will be fixed in a week. She also told me that I don't need to file a complaint in the GHMC website.
Shall update everybody once I hear from them.
