Gopi Also, I wonder why is Dr Manmohan Singh silent on such an important issue instead of proactively pushing it?

He was very pushy and even put his government at stake for nuclear deal. I think jan lok pal bill is equal or more important and is going to be a test of his sincereness in dealing with corruption

Gopi Spoke again to Mr Ramesh Gupta (EE) and Mr Krishna (AE, # 9177701929)
Mr Krishna told that they will fix it in a week.

It might help if more people call or give a group representation

Gopi Just spoke to Mr Ramesh Gupta again. Looks like he was told that the work was done. He assured over phone that they will fill the road cut with cement.
Mr Ramesh Gupta is the EE for the whole of Seringampally which makes it difficult for him to look at the entire area. He was saying that he will be glad if we can represent the issues of the community together to him.

Gopi Just now I got a call from Mr Nageshwara Rao, Dy EE (ph# 9849906779) who said that the dug up road will be fixed in 2 days by filling it with concrete.

Also, sent a mail to ee_spally2@ghmc.gov.in informing them of the issue

Gopi I just spoke to Mr Ramesh Gupta at above mentioned number. He said that his person will be inspecting it today and will take necessary action.

Gopi Just called up the call center and got this information.
This is supposed to be looked at by one Mr Ramesh Gupta who is the EE (Executive Engineer) for this area.

Gopi I reported this issue at 040-23226982. The person who answered the phone took all my details (seems they will call up to find out the issue)
Complaint number is 4581
When I reminder her that the SLA given by GHMC for the fixing of potholes is 3 days, she told me that I will get a call from them in 3 days and the issue will be fixed in a week. She also told me that I don't need to file a complaint in the GHMC website.
Shall update everybody once I hear from them.

Rules say that refillment can be done immediately after 48 hours and it should be delivered to you within 24 hours. Any delays in this regard are legally questionable

Also, attached the information given in the above link which clearly states "There is no restriction refill booking"

I guess the officials construed the "common wealth" part of CWG literally.

On a serious note, if I am not wrong Mr. Manmohan Singh has assured an inquiry to be started once the games get over. Now, when will that conclude and bring perpetrators to the justice is a separate question.
